Ms. Palombo is our Chief Compliance Officer and has more than 25 years of experience managing numerous aspects of the consumer lending process covering a variety of financial services products. She specializes in regulatory compliance and regulatory change management. Ms. Palombo joined CURO in 2021 at a pivotal time in the company’s transformation and is responsible for management and oversight of the compliance management system for CURO and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining CURO, Ms. Palombo held a variety of compliance leadership roles, most recently as Chief Compliance Officer for a regional subprime lender. She received her BS in Business Administration/Finance from Villanova University and holds certifications in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (CRCM and CAMS).
